I also share similar thoughts with you. I really don't regret if IO mess something up. Instead I tend to believe that another universe things are turning out perfect. It may not be valid, but it gives me an idea of relief that this not the end and takes away my stress. By doing this I can allow myself to focus on today at this moment rather than regretting for the past or thinking too much about the future.
